He started his practice in 2014 after accumulating 4 years of working experience at various corporate giants engaged in Diamond, Infrastructure, Textile, Travel, Fintech, Edible product & Entertainment industries. Now, he has a client base which includes large entities indulged in software development, logistics, e-commerce, Pharmaceuticals, Automotives.

Ibrahim has professional experience in various matters relating to setting up of business in India and overseas, capital structuring and capital raising, domestic and international listing, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, M & A, Advising on Corporate Governance and Advising on corporate legal matters. Ibrahim has closely seen more than 500 companies in various stages of their lifecycle across sectors like brick and mortar, new economy, sharing economy etc, and has worked with a number of promoters, entrepreneurs, professional managers. He has played a pioneering role in expanding the Resident and Non-resident Indians (NRI), Foreign Nationals and overseas corporate client base through constantly travelling, networking and using his connections to cater to the needs of the clients at all time. Ibrahim is an expert in FEMA and his domain expertise has been utilized by many multinationals in designing their entry strategy to India or expansion abroad. He has been instrumental in advising and assisting multinational companies obtain specific RBI permissions to explore Indian market and to work with Joint venture partners in India.

In addition to his expertise in Business Development & cross border compliances, Ibrahim is a good legal researcher, expert document drafter and a very sound adviser on the matters of Due Diligence and internal auditing. He has worked on multiple projects which require specialized knowledge. Ibrahim has also conducted corporate training sessions for multiple clients. He was a Lecturer to MBA aspirants at Sikkim Manipal University-Surat Facility a former lecturer at K.P.A. where he taught Company law. Payal Khandelwal is a Partner at Enwisen. She is well versed with Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Company Secretarial Matters, Commercial Contracts, and many more. She has been extensively liaising with various government and non-government authorities and agencies such as Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Pollution Control Board, NSDL, SEZ Department etc. She is renowned for her innovative thinking and professional approach. She works with the team and the clients with equal empathy to sustain and encourage cooperative relationships

She is specialized and experienced practitioner of Labour laws. She has conducted deep research on various acts under Labour Law and has successfully provided solutions related to PF/ ESI/ Pension withdrawal, Registration and Return filling Procedure etc. Her practice further includes formation of policies, formation of committee, filling of returns and conducting workshops for POSH. She has also managed multiple engagements on Contract Labour Registration. Being a Corporate Social Responsibility Professional she has managed multiple consulting engagements on providing CSR advisory to the clients. This includes Formation of CSR Policies, Identifying the suitable CSR Projects, Evaluating & Monitoring of CSR Projects, etc. She is assisting in setting up businesses at international level and is also engaged in the work of raising funds by the way of equity funding or debt funding through various investors

Shalu Khaitan

Senior Manager

Shalu is a Senior Manager at Enwisen. She has gained experience of more than 4 years in the field of Secretarial compliances, Legal and Finance department. Prior to joining Enwisen she worked as an associate in the secretarial department at Vakil Search.

She has been engaged in corporate advisory for 100+ clients looking after the compliances under Companies Act, LLP Act, IPR, FEMA Act and allied laws. While working for 100+ clients she has seen a swath of corporate law and legal needs of varied corporations. She leverages this varied background to address client challenges, combining critical thinking with knowledge of laws and provisions to build impactful solutions. She isserving as a business developer for handful of our Clients and converted their business into appropriate business form. Shalu has gained valuable knowledge in corporate laws of Netherlands and USA. She is also working in collaboration with different Banks and Financial Institutions for search report and Due Diligence of the companies and other entities for various purposes.

Shalu is a Business Graduate from London, UK and a Qualified Company secretary from India.

Sofija Sionava

Sofija is an experienced communicator and expert in marketing communications. She has done her bachelor’s in Media and Marketing Communications with specific focus in content marketing.

Her experiences are rather vast – from working as a content writer for 7 years to creating and devising marketing and communications strategies for startups. Within Enwisen, Sofija is in charge of customer relations and marketing, providing a clear communication between clients and Enwisen. Sofija is also responsible for creating brand stories and satisfying the overall communication and marketing needs of the client. Her portfolio includes content writing, marketing communications, lead generation and copywriting. She has created a plethora of paid and unpaid content for Facebook and Instagram. One of her biggest achievements is a Valentine’s Day campaign for traffic generation on Facebook. She has created several strategies and conducted market research for startups, including perfecting pitch decks in fields such as IT and retail. Sofija’s specialty is recognizing and communicating the USP to investors. Sofija has experience with bringing in clients and making sure the communication between Enwisen and the client is clear. She is the bridge between the client and the company, making sure that all parties are satisfied. Sofija is an expert copywriter of over 7 years, writing copy for pitch decks, blog posts, social media posts and emails.

Mihir Sojitra

Assistant Manager

Mihir is a Manager at Enwisen. He is a Certified Practitioner of Corporate Compliance management and liaison with judicial authorities. He is involved in various challenging and diversified projects in the field of business advisory across the sectors.

He has a strong client centric focus and is currently managing multiple key client relationships at Enwisen. He is also successfully acting as the compliance advisor to these clients. He has hands on experience in the legal, accounting and operational functionalities of NBFC sector. He has gained valuable knowledge and expertise in import and export functionalities.And also has strong knowledge about Trust, NGO and Section 8 Company related matters.

Mihir is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Nishani Jain

Assistant Manager

Nishani is a Senior Consultant at Enwisen. She has good communication and interpersonal skills and has been engaged in the work of Client relationship management.

She is serving as a compliance consultant on matters related to Company law, Labour laws, Foreign exchange Laws, IPR Laws. She has obtained comprehensive exposure in drafting and vetting of legal documents. She is having experienced handsin building corporate profiles and Pitch decks for various business needs and requirements. She is providing advisory services for start-up registration and related matters. She has also assisted in the work of raising funds in the form of equity and debt fund through various investors. She gives each assignment the assistance it needs to succeed – be it through researching various laws and provisions, reshaping existing work, concepting a creative solution, or developing an effective tool.

Nishani is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce.

Pooja Shah

Pooja is a Senior Consultant at Enwisen. She has good communication skills and has been engaged in the work of liaison with various authorities and client relationship management.

She is handling matters related to Company law, foreign laws, IPR Laws. Her areas of specialization includes, Trademark and Copyright registrations, Legal Due Diligence, FEMA Compliances. She has an explicit interest and expertise in advising overseas corporates for their Indian subsidiaries. With her in-depth and hands on experience in handling these clients, she has assisted many overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, necessary filings and much more.
